Police: Two Tampa 7-Elevens robbed at gunpoint

TAMPA — Two 7-Eleven stores were robbed early Friday, police said.

First, two armed men robbed the 7-Eleven at 10815 N. Nebraska Ave. at 2:25 a.m., according to Tampa police.

Then about seven miles away, police said two armed men with similar descriptions robbed the 7-Eleven at 4320 N Armenia Ave. at an undisclosed time.

Police said two masked entered the store. One pulled out a gun, demanding the clerk hand over cash from the register. Then the two fled on foot. No one was injured during the robbery, police said.

Both men wore masks. One of the men wore a black hoodie with a design on the back and black jeans with dark shoes. The other wore a red hoodie with jeans and white sneakers.
