A cool morning will lead to a warm day, but the mild conditions won’t last long as a cold front approaches the Tampa area, bring cooler temperatures and rain.
This morning is much cooler than Sunday, but still seasonal, and highs will quickly rise to the mid- to upper-70s with clouds building in the afternoon, News Channel 8 meteorologist Leigh Spann said.
Lows will drop into the upper-50s with increased rain chances overnight.
The cold front arrives Tuesday, bringing a 70 percent chance of rain — primarily early in the day — and slightly cooler temperatures in the low-70s.
Lows will dip into the upper-30s, and the sweater weather will last through the weekend.
