It’s going to be a hot, humid and mostly dry day across the Tampa Bay area, WFLA-TV meteorologist Bryan Bennett said.
Showers are possible after 3 p.m., but will be mostly isolated to areas near Interstate 75 and east, Bennett said.
Areas to the west will be dry, but will see some cloudy skies, especially as the day goes on.
The afternoon high in Tampa will be slightly above average at 88 degrees.
Mothers Day will be much the same, hot and humid with a high of about 89 degrees and mostly dry with a few isolated showers, Bennett said.
