A cold front dropped overnight lows a bit in the Tampa area today but temperatures are still running above normal for this time of year.
Insulating clouds will remain throughout the day, with lows in the mid- to low 60s and highs in the low 80s, according to the News Channel 8 meteorologist Leigh Spann.
With those clouds is a 30 percent chance of isolated showers, she said.
The National Weather Service forecast looks much the same throughout the week.
So when will more seasonable weather return? Spann said another cold front bringing Canadian air is due to pass the Bay area by Sunday. Highs next week are forecast to be in 70s with lows in the 50s, according to the weather service.
