SUN CITY CENTER – Seniors are invited to check out lots of freebies at the Lifestyles After 50 Fun Fest tomorrow at Community Hall, 1910 Pebble Beach Blvd. S.

There’s no charge for admission or parking at this fifth annual event, which will take place from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and feature more than 60 senior-friendly exhibitors.

“It’s a great way for seniors in the Sun City Center area to learn about the services that are available in the community and to meet the people who provide them,” said Kathy Beck, event organizer and president of Lifestyles After 50. “We always have lots of fun. There will be line dancing, games and some great prizes.”

The event also will feature an array of important health screenings, including bone density and blood pressure. And Walgreens will provide free flu shots to seniors who bring their Medicare Part B cards.

This year’s entertainment includes Denise Looney, the “DJ with a Twist,” and Richie Merritt, who’ll perform hits from the 1960s and 1970s. There will be bingo, a bean bag toss and putting green, plus lots of giveaways throughout the day.

Visitors can get a hot dog or burger, chips and beverage for $5, a free caricature by Art Pressman, and free goodies and coffee from Costco.
