Anclote (3-3) at Gulf (0-6): The Sharks are winners of three in row and look to continue the streak the next two weeks to set up a 5A-7 title game with Hudson on Nov. 1.
Fort Meade (5-1) at Bishop McLaughlin (1-5): The Hurricanes are coming off a lopsided shutout and face a Miners team that already has two shutouts this season.
Fivay (3-3) at Mitchell (4-3): In this 6A-6 matchup, the Falcons’ running game and the Mustangs’ passing attack are both looking to avoid dropping to the bottom of the district, as well as pick up each’s first district win.
Ridgewood (1-6) at Hudson (4-2): Rams running back Glass Wilson has been tough to stop. The Cobras look to pick up a Homecoming win and remain in line for postseason berth.
Pasco (3-3) at Brooksville Hernando (2-4): Another crucial 5A-6 game — though they all are — for the Pirates in facing a longtime rival. The Leopards have been outscored 168-94. Pasco must win this game to set up a district-runner-up game with Zephyrhills on Nov. 1.
River Ridge (2-4) at Wesley Chapel (0-6): The Royal Knights are coming off a bye and will turn back to Ben Perdomo’s rushing attack. The Wildcats are looking to increase offensive production after scoring just 45 points this season.
Steinbrenner (1-5) at Wiregrass Ranch (3-3): The Bulls look to go above .500 this late in the season for the first time since 2010, especially behind QB Shane Bucenell who goes against a Warriors team that is allowing 33 ppg.
