Tonight’s Matchups

Wesley Chapel (0-7) at Anclote (4-3): The Wildcats have scored only two points in their past two games, while the Sharks, winners of four straight, have allowed only nine in their past two games.

Bishop McLaughlin (1-6) at Berkeley Prep (2-4): The Hurricanes have been shut out in three of their last four games, but face a Buccaneers team that has allowed 131 points, though only 17 against Tampa Catholic.

Fivay (2-4) at Land O’ Lakes (6-1): The Falcons have lost three of their last four games, while the Gators are looking to rebound with a needed district win to stay in the playoff picture.

Gulf (0-7) at Ridgewood (1-7): The Buccaneers have made strides, but are still searching for that elusive win and momentum, as the Rams, despite their record, have proven to be no pushover behind RB Glass Wilson (974 rushing yards).

River Ridge (3-4) at Hudson (5-2): This 5A-District 7 matchup could shake up the playoff picture, as its could determine the postseason plans for the Royal Knights RB Ben Perdomo (879 rushing yards) and the Cobras RB Noah Siegrist (877 rushing yards).

Mitchell (5-3) at Spring Hill Springstead (6-1): The Mustangs will probably turn back to RB Nate Boler (527 rushing yards) to try to keep pace with the high-flying Eagles, who have outscored opponents 167-80, including three shutouts.

Brooksville Central (0-7) at Pasco (4-3): The Pirates are still in the hunt for theirs seventh-straight postseason appearance and need to take care of the Bears, who only had 70 points dropped on them by Zephyrhills.

Sickles (6-1) at Wiregrass Ranch (3-4): The Bulls took a tough loss to Steinbrenner last week, but will need all the defense it can muster against a Gryphons team that is outscoring opponents 255-81.
