Pasco Prep Soccer Rankings

Top 5 Teams

1. Sunlake (6-0): The Seahawks, outscoring opponents 41-1 and led by sophomore Remi Pimm (14 goals), are eyeing another deep postseason run after making a state semifinal appearance last season.

2. Mitchell (6-1): The Mustangs picked up two wins this week, including a shutout against Land O’ Lakes on Wednesday and beating 4A-8 foe Sickles on the road.

3. Wiregrass Ranch (5-0): The Bulls are outscoring opponents 29-3, and have high expectations to make the region tournament for the first time since 2010.

4. Fivay (5-0): The Falcons are off to an extremely hot start, outscoring opponents 17-1 and look to stay atop 3A-7 all the way to a district title.

5. Pasco (4-1-1): Despite an early loss to River Ridge and a tie to Gulf, the Pirates have allowed only five goals and looking to stay atop 3A-8 for a postseason berth.

1. Mitchell (8-0): The Mustangs looked poised for another deep postseason run, especially already outscoring opponents 44-2 and returning nearly every player from last season’s state semifinal berth.

2. Land O’ Lakes (9-0): The Gators are off to an incredible start by outscoring opponents 48-7 and eight of their nine wins against district opponents.

3. Sunlake (7-1): The Seahawks may be even better than last season’s historic run, already outscoring opponents 42-3 and their lone loss was 2-1 to rival Land O’ Lakes.

4. Fivay (7-1-1): The Falcons lone loss was to Mitchell, but are still outscoring opponents 45-5, including shutting out 3A-7 foe 3-0 Wednesday.

5. Pasco (6-2): The Pirates are having their best start (and season) in recent memory, outscoring opponents 42-16 and led by leading scoring, junior Ashton Brock (17 goals, 11 assists).
