Bloomingdale 42, Middleton 0

TAMPA — Bloomingdale scored touchdowns on five of its first six offensive possessions and cruised to a rout against non-district foe Middleton.

The victory improved the Bulls to 6-4.

Junior quarterback Tommy McLaughlin finished eight of nine passing for 183 yards, including a 32-yard touchdown throw to Cody Decker.

McLaughlin also ran for a 7-yard score to start the game’s scoring in the first quarter.

The Bulls went on to add four more rushing touchdowns in the game, scored by Kameron Faile (25 yards), Austyn Shear (1 yard), Chris Wonsley (9 yards) and backup quarterback Isaiah McIntyre (44 yards).

Wide receiver Anthony Rhynes had five catches for 87 yards for the Tigers (2-8) to finish the season with 1,213 yards and 10 touchdowns.

Middleton quarterback Marcellus Ray was 14 of 31 for 154 yards in the game.
