TAMPA — The Tampa Bay Lightning will play a six-game preseason schedule in preparation for the start of the 2014-15 season.
Tampa Bay will play two games each against Nashville, Dallas and Florida, with three of those games at home at the Forum, starting Sept. 23 against Nashville.
The Lightning then head to Nashville to face the Predators on Sept. 25 and return home the next night to host Dallas on Sept. 26 before heading to Dallas on Sept. 30.
The preseason schedule will close out with a home-and-home against division rival Florida, Oct. 2 at BB&T Center in Sunrise and Oct. 4 at the Forum.
The NHL regular-season schedule is set to be released Sunday afternoon with key dates — including season and home openers — released Saturday.
