DAYTON, Ohio -

Brittney Griner scored 29 points and top-ranked Baylor routed undersized Kansas State 90-69 on Wednesday night for its 27th consecutive regular-season Big 12 victory.

Brooklyn Pope added 12 points and Kimetria Hayden had 11 for the Lady Bears (15-1, 5-0), who have won 13 straight overall since losing to then-No. 4 Stanford early in the year.

Kansas State (10-7, 1-4) wound up hitting 13 of a school-record 44 3-point attempts. Brittany Chambers had four of them and finished with 23 points for the Wildcats, whose only victory since December came by a point to Big 12 bottom-dweller TCU.

NO. 4 DUKE 58,

Elizabeth Williams scored 20 points to keep Duke (16-0, 5-0 Atlantic Coast Conference) unbeaten with a rout of Virginia Tech (7-10, 1-5).

The Blue Devils, who are the only undefeated team left in Division I basketball, have won 18 straight in the series, the last eight by double digits.

Williams, who had her fourth 20-point game of the season, finished with eight rebounds.

Monet Tellier led the Hokies with 10 points. Ugu Ugoka had four points — on 2-for-13 shooting — and nine rebounds.

NO. 18 DAYTON 95,

Amber Deane scored 20 points and Dayton (14-1, 2-0) shot a season-best 57.6 percent (38 of 66) in an Atlantic 10 Conference rout of La Salle (5-12, 1-1). The Flyers were even hotter in the first half, when they shot 70 percent (21 of 30) to grab a 51-22 halftime lead.

Dayton's pace slowed at the start of the second half, when it went nearly 3 minutes without a point. But it didn't matter.
