The University of South Florida is celebrating the success of the men's basketball team with a pep rally at noon today on the USF campus.
The Bulls went 23-12 this season, went to the NCAA tournament for the first time in 20 years and won the first two NCAA tournament games in school history before falling to Ohio on Sunday.
The school is recognizing the Bulls' unexpected success this season with a rally at noon in the Marshall Student Center Amphitheatre. Free pizza will be served.
The event features appearances by the USF men's basketball team, head coach Stan Heath and the basketball coaching staff, Rocky the Bull, the school marching band, USF cheerleaders and Sun Dolls, and USF athletic director Doug Woolard.
