NEED TO KNOW: USF senior G Jesus Verdejo likely will not play with a right foot injury and may be out for the rest of the season. Verdejo is USF's leading 3-point shooter and second-leading scorer (12.6 points). ... This is USF's second meeting with WVU this season. WVU won 62-59 in Morgantown on Jan. 17. ... Sophomore G Dominique Jones continues to carry USF, leading the Bulls in points (18.1), rebounds (5.4), assists (3.9) and steals (1.4). ... The Mountaineers had their three-game winning streak snapped in Thursday's loss at Cincinnati, but WVU is still 6-5 on the road this season. ... Since defeating No. 8 Marquette, USF has lost five consecutive games by an average margin of 16 points. ... The Bulls host Cincinnati on Tuesday in their final home game.
