The University of Florida and Florida State University extended their football series through the 2018 season., it was announced Thursday.
The current contract will expire after this year’s game, slated for Nov. 29 in Tallahassee.
According to the latest agreement, the 2015 and 2017 games will be in Gainesville and the 2016 and 2018 games will be in Tallahassee.
The rivals have meet 58 times since 1958, with the Gators holding a 34–22–2 advantage. Last season, the Seminoles won 37-7 in Gainesville en route to winning a national title.
UF also announced it has agreed to play East Carolina on Sept. 12, 2015, in Gainesville.
