BEREA, Ohio -

Derek Anderson will replace Brady Quinn and start at quarterback for the Cleveland Browns on Sunday against Cincinnati.

Coach Eric Mangini has decided to go with Anderson, a Pro Bowler in 2007, over Quinn, a former first-round draft pick who opened the season as Cleveland's starter, but was benched at halftime Sunday.

CHARGERS: RB LaDainian Tomlinson was back at practice for the first time since spraining his right ankle during the season opener.

DOLPHINS: QB Chad Pennington says he'll undergo surgery soon to repair his season-ending shoulder injury, and he'll start rehabilitation before deciding whether to retire or continue his career.

GIANTS: RB Ahmad Bradshaw walked to practice wearing a boot on his right foot to protect sprains to his ankle and foot. He did not work out.

JAGUARS: Owner Wayne Weaver said the Jaguars would consider playing in Orlando if the NFL expands its regular season to 17 or 18 games.

SEAHAWKS: The team plans to be without quarterback Matt Hasselbeck (broken rib) and best lineman Walter Jones (left knee) on Sunday vs. the Colts.
