Mobley Homes is excited about two new town-home communities - Townes on the Green at Lake Bernadette and Stone Creek at K-Bar Ranch.

"They are different, but each offers the quality people expect from Mobley Homes," says Maureen Mobley.

Townes on the Green at Lake Bernadette is north of State Road 54 in Pasco County.

"It is a gorgeous community with an 18-hole golf course, swimming facilities, tennis courts and playground," Mobley says. "The exciting aspect of the location of Townes on the Green is that drivers can travel Morris Bridge Road [instead of Bruce B. Downs Boulevard] to reach USF, the VA hospital, I-75 and numerous other locations."

The town homes are surrounded by the golf course, with each home having a view of either fairways or greens.

"Where in Tampa could you live on the golf course for the $140,000s?" she asks.
Mobley offers two floor plans in the community.

The Castillo offers 1,274 square feet of living space, two bedrooms, 2½ bathrooms and a loft. Among its features is a kitchen with oak cabinetry, a breakfast nook and separate dining room and family room. Eight-foot-tall sliding glass doors lead to a lanai with an adjacent storage room.

The Sienna II offers two bedrooms and 2½ bathrooms in 1,095 square feet of living space. Mobley says the kitchen has oak cabinetry and offers a lot of storage. The separate dining room and family rooms allow enough room for a media center and or a place to entertain guests, she adds. Like the Castillo, the Sienna II has 8-foot-tall sliding glass doors that lead to a lanai.

"The bedrooms are spacious and the master bedroom offers dual closets," Mobley says. "These homes cater to the first-time home buyers or young empty nesters who love to golf."

Mobley says there are move-in ready homes available. "Another great aspect of our homes is that buyers may currently choose their cabinetry, tile floors and carpeting at our beautiful design center located at our corporate office and still move in very quickly," she adds.

To reach Lake Bernadette, take Interstate 75 north to the S.R. 54 exit. Travel east to Eiland Boulevard and go north to the entrance of Lake Bernadette.

Stone Creek at K-Bar Ranch is in New Tampa.

Mobley says the town homes are "serenely nestled amongst stunning conservation and beautiful ponds. Stone Creek combines beautiful architecture with shades of earth and nature."

Stone Creek offers three floor plans - the Whittington, Tamworth and Manchester -with 1,239 to 1,552 square feet of living space, two to three bedrooms, 2½ bathrooms and one- and two-car garages.

"Each of our homes offer huge kitchens with lots of storage space, separate breakfast rooms and very spacious family rooms," Mobley says.

Town homes at Stone Creek are priced from the $160,000s and inventory homes are available.

"Stone Creek is a duplicate of our previous community of Stone Ridge at Highwoods Preserve," Mobley says. "We were so successful at Stone Ridge that we decided to build the same architecture at Stone Creek, and we were lucky enough to have the same beautiful conservation for such magnificent privacy."

To reach Stone Creek, take I-75 to the Bruce B. Downs Boulevard exit and head north. Head east on Cross Creek Boulevard and take a right onto Kinnan Street. Take Kinnan to the K-Bar Ranch entrance and follow the signs to the model.

Models at both communities are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon to 6 p.m. Sunday.
