Deputies searching for suspect in armed robbery at Dover store

Hillsborough County deputies are looking for a man they say robbed a Dover clothing store at gunpoint.

Deputies say a man, armed with a handgun, entered the Rodeo Store, 14710 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., around 7:25 p.m. on Friday and demanded cash from a clerk.

While the clerk retrieved the money, deputies say the suspect directed two other employees to lie on the floor.

The suspect is described as an Hispanic male, between 19 and 28 years old. He is between 5 feet 8 inches and 5 feet 10 inches tall, about 140-150 pounds, and has a thin build, black hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a gray hooded jacket with "Hollister" in white lettering across the front, jeans and tennis shoes.
