Two Palm Harbor teenagers were seriously injured when their car crashed into a van in Dunedin this morning.

Pinellas County deputies say Anna Savchuk, 16, was driving a Hyundai Sonata southbound on Fisher Road in Dunedin around 7 a.m when she entered the intersection of Curlew Road and struck a van driven by Robert Warner, 46, of Palm Harbor.

Savchuk and a passenger, 16-year-old Kayla Brock of Palm Harbor, were extricated from the car and airlifted to St. Joseph’s Hospital for serious but non-life threatening injuries, deputies say.

Wagner was not injured in the crash, deputies say.

Neither alcohol nor drugs appear to be a factor in the crash, deputies say.

An investigation is ongoing.
