ST. PETERSBURG — A St. Petersburg teenager already being held at the Pinellas County Jail on unrelated robbery charges is now accused of fatally shooting a St. Petersburg man in the back on Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
Charles Diego Dorns Jr., 17, 1630 Russell St. S., was charged Thursday with first-degree murder in the death of Arsenio Brinson, 26, 800 Treasure Court S.
