Residents displaced after tree falls on Dunedin condos

DUNEDIN — A large tree fell into a condominium building on King Arthur Court this morning, displacing 10 people, authorities say.

The fallen tree at 1126 King Arthur Court was first reported at 1:30 a.m., said Jeff Parks, chief of the Dunedin Fire Department.

No injuries were reported.

The building was described as a two- to -three-story structure with four units.

The American Red Cross found accommodations for the 10 adults displaced, Parks said.
