Premiere at the Palladium: ‘Investigator’ debuts

Published:

They had long days of filming in Pinellas County, followed by equally laborious days in the editing studios. On Thursday, those involved in the feature film “The Investigator’’ got to do the fun part — attend the movie premiere.

The film was written by Rich Romano, brother of actor Ray Romano, and tells the story of a police sergeant who retires and becomes a high school baseball coach and teacher. Asked to teach a course on criminal justice, the former sergeant and his students conduct a mock trial into the killing of Jesus.

The movie premiere was held at the Palladium Theatre in St. Petersburg.
