St. Petersburg police detectives are seeking a second suspect in a June home invasion robbery that left one man dead.

A first-degree murder warrant was issued for Justin Maurice Hart, 23, whose last known address was 4035 Grove St. S., St. Petersburg.

Richard Shaw was shot to death during a home invasion robbery at 7014 Orpine Drive N. on June 19, officers said. A co-defendant, Charles C. Stone, 28, was charged on Aug. 10.

Hart was released from prison in 2010 on charges of burglary assault and burglary, officers said.

He has numerous tattoos, including one on the inside left forearm of burning buildings with the words "Da Burg" underneath, one with "Ronnie" on his right wrist and one with "Vannessa" on his left wrist.

Detectives think that Hart is potentially armed and dangerous, and is aware he is being sought by law enforcement.

A reward is being offered for information that leads to Curry's whereabouts and arrest.

Anyone with information on Curry location is asked to call St. Petersburg police at (727) 893-7780
