Pinellas detectives searching for man who robbed PNC Bank

Pinellas County sheriff’s detectives are working to identify a man who robbed the PNC Bank at 32491 U.S. Highway 19 N. in Palm Harbor on Monday.

Surveillance photos show the man entering the bank around 1:41 p.m. before pointing a semi-automatic handgun and receiving an undisclosed amount of cash from a teller, the sheriff’s department said.

The man is described as white, 20 to 30 years old, standing 5-foot-6 to 6 feet tall and weighing 160 to 180 pounds. He was last seen wearing a light colored long sleeve shirt and a blue Tampa Bay Rays cap.
