A New Port Richey woman was hit with a stun gun by her son during an argument Tuesday, according to the Pasco Sheriff’s Office.
Chase Robert Foster, 18, is charged with domestic battery and resisting arrest without violence.
About 4:30 p.m., the mother was inside her 12040 Smokey Lane Loop home when she and Foster began to argue, an arrest report said.
During the argument, Foster used a stun gun on his mother, hitting her on the arm.
As he was being arrested a short time later by deputies, Foster pulled away and attempted to run, but was taken to the ground and placed in custody.
Foster remains in the Land O ‘Lakes Jail with no bond set.
