Pasco County sheriff's deputies this morning arrested a teenager in a shooting that occurred early Saturday in Dade City.

Charged with two counts of attempted murder was 18-year-old Andres Miguel Limas. Deputies say he fired at least 10 shots into the front of a vehicle and through the windshield. The vehicle was occupied by two people.

The names of the victims were not immediately available. No one was injured.

They told deputies they were on 17th Street when a pickup truck pulled in front of them, forcing them to stop. A man stood in the bed of the truck and opened fire. They said the man was Limas, with whom they have had an ongoing dispute.

Limas, 14632 18th St., Dade City, was arrested shortly before 5 a.m. Sunday. He remained in the Pasco County Jail. Bail had not been set.

Limas denied being at the scene Saturday morning.
