The truly rich

In order to receive an equal income from savings that our EBT card users receive, we would require in excess of a million dollars on deposit in a local bank. Yes, the welfare recipients are virtual millionaires, and every dollar they get reduces the value of our savings obtained through a lifetime of hard work and deferred gratification.

I witnessed the purchase of a 30-cent pack of gum and the EBT cash-back was $100, which was then used to by a cart full of beer. And then, the well-dressed gentleman of about 40 paying for his groceries with his EBT card and then loading them into a new Cadillac Escalade worth more than $70,000.

Yes, I am for helping the needy, but not if they help me become needy. We must stop this fraud and abuse.
