A 14-year-old boy was grazed by a bullet after a fight near the Pin Chasers bowling alley at 4847 N. Armenia Ave., Tampa police said.
The victim was part of a larger group escorted off the Pin Chasers property for what may have been a planned fight in the parking lot around 9:50 p.m. Friday, police said. Several officers responded and dispersed a crowd around that time, police said.
Police returned to Pin Chasers about an hour later and found the wounded teen in the parking lot south of the bowling alley. The boy had been grazed near his left collar bone and was taken to the hospital to get stitches, police said.
Witnesses saw the shooter drove by slowly and fire from a small, black, four-door vehicle, before fleeing north on Armenia Avenue, police said.
The investigation is ongoing as no suspect has yet been identified in the shooting. Police said the victim has been uncooperative with their investigation.
