Suspects sought in Town ‘N Country home invasion

Hillsborough County deputies are seeking the public’s help in finding two suspects in a Town ‘N Country home invasion.

Deputies say a 30-year-old male victim exited his house at 6408 Wilshire Drive on Friday just before midnight and was walking to his vehicle when the suspects approached him.

The victim attempted to run to a privacy fence and enter his backyard but was caught by the suspects.

Deputies say the suspects pistol-whipped the victim, causing facial injuries, and was forced inside his house, where a struggle ensued with the victim’s roommate.

The victim was shot in the leg when the suspect’s gun discharged, deputies say.

The suspects fled with undetermined items, deputies say.

The first suspect is described as a black male in his mid-20s, about 5 feet 11 to 6 feet and between 225 and 240 pounds. He has a stocky build, short fade, and was wearing a black T-shirt and black shorts.

The second suspect is described as a black male in his mid-20s, about 5 feet 7 to 5 feet 8 and 180 pounds. He has a slim build, possible goatee and has dreadlocks in a ponytail. He was wearing a black shirt and black pants.
