The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office is looking for two men in connection with the armed robbery of a Sunoco gas station last week.

About 3:14 a.m. Jan. 19, the men entered the Sunoco gas station, at 8402 Gunn Hwy, armed with a black revolver and a black handgun with a silver barrel, according to the sheriff’s office. The second suspect watched the clerk while the other suspect took money from the cash register and cigarettes from behind the counter. The suspects then fled the scene on foot.

The first suspect is described as 22 to 29 years old, 5-foot-8 to 6-foot-2, about 160 pounds, with a light complexion and thin build, the sheriff’s office said. He was last seen wearing a black-and-yellow ski mask, green hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and black sneakers.
