Suspect sought in Carrollwood bank robbery

Hillsborough County deputies are searching for the suspect in a Carrollwood bank robbery last week.

Deputies say the suspect entered the MidFlorida Credit Union at 3202 W. Waters Avenue on Friday around 2:15 p.m. and demanded money from the teller.

The suspect had her empty her till into a green lunch box before fleeing the scene.

The suspect is described as a black male, 25-35 years old, between 5 feet 7 and 6 feet and 150-170 pounds. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a dark sweatshirt, an orange traffic vest and black and white sneakers.
