Spring Hill man angry over eviction does doughnuts in yard, deputies say

Published:

SPRING HILL — A man upset over an eviction began doing doughnuts with his vehicle in the front yard of 3036 Dumas Ave. on Tuesday morning, the Hernando County Sheriff’s Office said.

Sean Tyler Cohee, 21, of 3036 Dumas Ave., Spring Hill, had also spit on the walls and floor of the residence, and punched a hole in the wall because he was mad about being evicted, an arrest report said.

Cohee denied spitting on a man inside the residence, but did not deny that marijuana and rolling papers found on him at the Hernando County jail were his, the sheriff’s office said.

Cohee was charged with battery and possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and introducing contraband into the jail, records show. He was released from the Hernando County Jail on Tuesday after posting $3,500 bail.
