A Riverview man faces several narcotics charges after Hillsborough County deputies following a tip Tuesday found a marijuana grow house at his home.

Charles Dellinger, 28, of 10602 3rd St., Lot 3, is charged with cultivation of marijuana, possession of more than 230 ounces of marijuana, two counts of being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm, possession of a controlled substance and maintaining a dwelling for drug use and possession of drug paraphernalia.

He was released after posting $22,000 bail.

Detectives and deputies got a search warrant and went to Dellinger’s home after an anonymous tipster contacted Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay and gave details of a marijuana grow operation, the sheriff’s office said.

Detectives discovered a bedroom converted for the cultivation of marijuana and found 17 marijuana plants along with 30 others in pots, according to the sheriff’s office.

Also located in a bedroom were a Glock .45-caliber semi-automatic handgun and a Derringer .410/.45 handgun along with ammunition, the sheriff’s office said. A search of the residence also revealed several items of drug paraphernalia.
