Sarasota County Sheriff's Office deputies are seeking three suspects after a woman was shot while she was driving Saturday afternoon.

According to a report, about 3 p.m. deputies were called to the intersection of 27th Street Parkway and Galleon Place, where they found the 26-year-old victim in her vehicle. She told deputies she had been shot while driving from a residence located in the 2700 block of 27th Street. She was transported to the hospital with apparently non-life-threatening injuries.

Deputies said they think two black males and one white female were involved. One of the men may have dreadlocks. The suspects may be in a newer model dark blue Chrysler car.
