Update: Alice Marie Bomboy has been located near her home and is safe, Polk County deputies say.

The original story appears below.

The Polk County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help to find a missing, endangered 67-year-old Lakeland woman.

Alice Marie Bomboy, 6382 Torrington Circle, was last seen around noon Sunday walking near her home. The clothes she was wearing when she was last seen are in her home, so it is unknown what she is wearing now.

Bomboy is 5-feet-2-inches tall, 170 pounds and has brown hair and blue eyes. She does not have her ID, money or medications with her.

Anyone with information is urged to call the sheriff’s office at (863) 298-6200.
