A man who was previously charged along with his brother on child pornography charges now faces additional charges after finding images on his computer depicting him inappropriately touching children, the Polk County Sheriff’s Office said today.

Detectives from the sheriff’s Computer Crimes unit charged Polk County Jail inmate  Brian Craft, 29, of Lakeland, after a forensic examination of Craft's computers turned up images that he created of the two victims while he was inappropriately touching them.

Craft has been additionally charged with two counts of sexual battery by person over 18 on victim under 12; two counts of lewd and lascivious molestation; two counts of promotion of sexual performance by a child; and 10 counts of possession of images depicting child having sex.

According to an affidavit, the female victims were 5 and 7 years old in 2011 when the crimes occurred. The victims recently disclosed to detectives and child protection investigators that Craft had inappropriately touched them on different occasions when they were left in his care.

Craft and his brother, Thomas, 30, were arrested March 21 on multiple charges involving child pornography. Thomas Craft also remains at the Polk County Jail.
