A Pinellas Park “aromatherapy” business could be shut down after undercover detectives, responding to reports, say the location was promoting prostitution and unlicensed massages.

Wayne Repogle, owner of Executive Nineteen at 6541 44th St. N., has been given 30 days to comply with city ordinances or face being shut down, according to a letter city officials sent to Repogle on Friday.

During the April investigation, detectives determined the business was being used for prostitution, including ads offering “seductive ladies” for a “flat fee.”

The investigation also resulted in the arrest Tuesday of Teresa Duckett Wallace, 41, of St. Petersburg. She faces charges of prostitution and unlicensed practice of health care profession.

Replogle denied knowledge of the illegal activities at the location.
