A call to police about a “peeping Tom” led to the arrest of Pinellas Park man who admitted surreptitiously shooting video through the window of a neighbor's home while she was undressed or in her shower.

Officers responded just after 7 a.m. Wednesday to the 5800 block of 94th Terrace North. A resident on the block told officers she saw someone pointing a camera toward her bedroom as she dressed after a shower. The person fled after the woman saw him, police said.

The woman told police the man lived in the area. Officers then went to his home.

James Kelley, 50, of 5771 94th Terrace N., denied recording the woman Wednesday but surrendered to officers video that showed her naked in her home or shower on more than one occasion, police said.

Police seized the video and a camera as evidence.

Kelley faces one count of video voyeurism. He was being held at the Pinellas County Jail with bail set at $5,000.
