A Florida Missing Child Alert has been issued for Ta’kera Gilbert, who was last seen Monday in the 1200 block of North Lincoln Avenue in Lakeland.

The biracial girl is 4 months old, 23 inches tall, and is 10 to 15 pounds. She has black hair and blue eyes, and was last seen wearing a white onesie with a pink design, pink pants and a pink cap.

The child may be in the company of her mother and father. Lisa Buckowski, 26, is white, 5 feet 7 inches tall, 160 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes. Brandon Gilbert, 24, is 5 feet 2 inches tall, 150 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes.

According to the Lakeland Police Department, the Department of Children and Family Services received court order today to take custody of the child due to concerns about Buckowski’s current mental state and information that she is not taking her medication. They may be going to an unknown location in Tampa. There is no vehicle description at this time.

Anyone with information on Ta’kera’s whereabouts is asked to call 911 or contact the Lakeland Police Department at (863) 834-6966 .
