Pinellas County sheriff’s detectives are investigating a fire at a Lealman mobile home today. No injuries were reported.

Deputies responded to the fire at about 2:15 p.m. at 4000 24th St. N., Unit 310.

According to detectives, resident Pamela Bokhoven, 40, her three children, ages 2, 13 and 19, and her boyfriend Jody Theroux, 38, were in the home when they smelled smoke. Investigators said Theroux tried to extinguish the fire, which had started in the rear bedroom of the mobile home, but was unsuccessful. All the occupants were able to get out safely.

The fire does not appear to be suspicious in nature, detectives said, but the investigation is continuing.
