Funeral today for three women killed in St. Pete hit-and-run

A funeral is being held today for three women killed in a St. Petersburg hit-and-run crash.

The service for 23-year-old Briana Campbell, 21-year-old Jamesia Lang and 25-year-old Grace Collier is being held at 1 p.m at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, 3300 31st St. S.

All three women were mothers and leave behind a total of six children.

The fatal crash occurred Wednesday at Ninth Avenue South and 16th Street, police said.

Marquice Lamonz Anderson, 27, was driving a rented Chrysler 200 the wrong way down 16th Street when he crashed into a Saturn with the three women.

Anderson fled the scene and surrendered four days later after being identified as the driver. He faces multiple charges, including vehicular homicide.
