PANAMA CITY BEACH — A woman turned in her husband to authorities after finding video of unsuspecting women who were video-recorded in various states of undress inside the restroom of a Panama City Beach restaurant, deputies said.

Michael Edward Dunning, 29, faces multiple charges of video voyeurism and is scheduled to appear in court later Friday.

Dunning’s wife found the video while cleaning their home, Bay County sheriff’s deputies said. She turned it over to authorities when she realized it was recorded at Pineapple Willy’s, where Dunning worked.

Sheriff’s investigators searched Dunning’s home on Thursday and seized his computer.

Restaurant owner Bill Buskell told the News Herald of Panama City he was shocked to learn about the incident and will fully cooperate with the investigation.

An attorney wasn’t listed for Dunning.
