The incident occurred at the Brooksville Walmart, 7305 Broad St., at 7:15 p.m. Saturday, police said.

Police identified Walters as the man on the video, and when they reached him by phone Walters told detectives he was at the store and had been confronted by the woman, but did not take the photos, police said.

Jail records show Walters was arrested Wednesday night on the charge, and released on $2,000 bond a few hours later.
