Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $3,000 for information leading to the arrest of 29-year-old Antonio Javon Screen, the suspect in a fatal Tampa shooting.

Tampa police issued a warrant for Screen after Eric Best, 35, was found shot to death early Wednesday in the front yard of Screen's home, 3210 E. Ida St.

Investigators said the homicide took place after an altercation at the residence. The pair knew each other, police said.

Screen is wanted on charges of second-degree murder, being a felon in possession of a firearm and aggravated assault, police said.

Screen was described by police as 5 feet tall and 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

To be eligible for the cash reward, report information on Screen's whereabouts to Crime Stoppers by calling 1-800-873-TIPS (8477), or going online at www.crimestopperstb.com or texting “CSTB” plus the tip to 274637 (CRIMES).

Tips to Crime Stoppers are reported anonymously.
