Former Tampa Bay Rays outfielder, who left the team for the Atlanta Braves, is now cutting more ties to the area.

B.J. Upton has listed his Davis Islands Mediterranean-style home for $1.6 million, according to Realtor.com.

The home, built in 2003, has five bedrooms and five baths. Among the amenities are a custom wine cellar, a media room and a gourmet kitchen. There’s a resort-style pool with a spa, a poolside kitchen and a tiki wet bar.

Upton paid $1.437 million for the Mediterranean-style home in early 2011.

The two-story residence boasts a wrought-iron staircase in the foyer, vaulted ceilings and wood flooring throughout.

Upton, who signed with a five-year, $75.25 million contract with the Braves, has had a disappointing season, batting .183 and hitting only eight home runs.
