Busch Gardens, SeaWorld offer apps for park purchases

— Busch Gardens and SeaWorld visitors can now purchase food and merchandise using their smart phone park apps.

SeaWorld Entertainment Inc. announced the enhancements to its park apps on Thursday. They are available on iPhone and Android devices.

The new commerce features allow visitors with Quick Pay to connect their account to a credit card, then pay directly for food and souvenirs during park visits. Check out the video at SeaWorldparks.com/mobile. The app can be downloaded free from the Apple or Google Play app stores.

The three SeaWorld parks will also pioneer new products just for mobile app users that include one-time use Quick Queueto some of the most popular attractions, including Antarctica, Rio Locoand Shipwreck Rapids. Busch Gardens also plans to introduce one-time offer messages to park guests on incentives for culinary, merchandise and future visit products.
