— Busch Gardens is offering some “evil upgrades” to make Howl-O-Scream an even scarier event this Halloween season.

Several VIP packages will be available this year, which will include event admission, a tour guide and a choice of three levels of “terrifying special treatment.” All tours include commemorative photos, merchandise discounts and complimentary beverages. Packages start at $99 and Busch Gardens Tampa Pass Member discounts are available.

Howl-O-Scream runs on select nights between Sept. 26 and Nov. 1.

The Super Experience is a three-hour group tour of haunted houses that includes front-of-the-line access. The five-hour Mega Experience adds preferred parking, front-of-the-line access to several roller coasters and half-hour early access to haunted houses. The Ultimate Experience includes preferred parking and front-of-the-line access to haunted houses and roller coasters, then adds an exclusive tour guide for a private group adventure through Howl-O-Scream.

There will also be a Front Line Fear pass for $45, a Fright Feast featuring “a buffet of monstrous main courses and devilish desserts, plus an exclusive performance of Fiends,” for $26. New this year is admission and Fright Feast for Friday nights for $75.

The Experiment is back, with “researchers” testing guests’ mental endurance, putting them face-to-face with their worst nightmares. It costs $50 for the first “subject” and $10 for each additional “test subject.”

General admission for Howl-O-Scream is $89. Reduced advance-purchase rates are available on Buschgardenstampa.com.
