Police are searching for a Tampa woman who was last seen Monday morning.

Police say Teresita Aguilar Beltran, 75, was last seen by her daughter, Angie Wilkins, at 7 a.m.

According to Wilkins, Beltran was going to travel by HARTline bus to the Social Security office in downtown Tampa, but as of Monday at 10 p.m., Wilkins has not heard from Beltran.

Wilkins said Beltran has begun to show symptoms of dementia and has previously was gone for several hours before being found at a McDonald’s in South Tampa.

A city-wide BOLO has been issued and a search is under way.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Tampa Police Department at 231-6130.
