Children and their parents enjoyed "Christmas in July" on Saturday evening at the fourth annual LEON - Noel spelled backward - event at The Forum in downtown Tampa. The family festival, sponsored by Metropolitan Ministries and the Tampa Bay Storm, raises money for the ministry and helps collect toys for needy children during the holiday season. Metropolitan Ministries is a non-profit, faith-based organization that helps low-income and homeless people in the Tampa Bay area.
