Another wet day is ahead for the Tampa Bay area with a 70 percent of storms Sunday.
The typical summer pattern for the area will bring storms most likely after 2 p.m., and be warned that some might be severe, according to the National Weather Service. We can expect between a tenth and a quarter inch of rain.
The high will be near 90.
Sunday night the rain tails off with just a 30 percent chance, and a low of 75.
The Tampa area has already received 7 inches of rain for June, above the average of 6.68 inches. Remember last June? That's when we got 18.66 inches.
The chance of rain falls to 50 percent for Monday and Tuesday, and the declines to about 30 percent for the rest of the week.
