As the last master-planned community in New Tampa, K-Bar Ranch represents the final opportunity for homebuyers to purchase a new home in that area, according to Maureen Mobley, sales and marketing coordinator with Mobley Homes.

The Stone Creek Townhomes in K-Bar Ranch are ideal for first-time homebuyers as well as those who are "wanting to downsize or who are having a change in lifestyle," Mobley explained. "The townhomes are secluded and surrounded by conservation areas and ponds."
Ranging in size from 1,239 to 1,552 square feet, the two- and three-bedroom townhomes are priced from the $130,000s. They feature one- or two-car garages, spacious kitchens and family rooms, as well as separate breakfast rooms. Select plans include a private first floor den.
The single-family homes in the Hawthorne Series includes the Nantucket V, which won the Grand Prize in the 2010 and 2011 Tampa Bay Builders Association's Parade of Homes. Other Hawthorne Series homes range in size from 2,680 to more than 4,000 square feet and are priced from the $300,000s. Within two weeks of the grand opening of the Briarwood Model, the company had five new sales.
